In view of the relocation of the three Crusaders factions, Liderc, Vashar, and Invictus Sanguinus and then new political and historical scenario, the Templar Council, head of all the Crusaders armies 

DECREE THAT:

1. Masada region is elected as new Crusaders headquarter and seat of  the Templar Council. 

2. The Templar Council declare itself to be the supreme and only administation of Masada region. The council directly assumes all governamental functions, in order to to take hold the political and administrative helm of the region.

3. The “Crusaders of NOR” military force accomplished his mission and has no reason to persist in the current new scenario. 
Accordingly the group will be disbanded: All his member, except for the officers, are required to quit the group. From  10 Mar 012 crusaders still in the group (except the officers) will be removed and the group will be set as “sleeper”.

4. A new Crusaders group  is formed up under the Templar Council direct command and will be operative in the next days. This force will continue the former Crusaders group, inheriting role, spirit, structure, rules.
