We had this convo with Lily from CM. Basically the idea was to find an agreement on prioners tratments and such:

Dear Lily,
we all appreciate you and the effort you put in diplomacy and inter-factions relationship.
However Koshi always broke any treat and agreement CM signed. Waste of time and energies. He cannot considerated a faction leader, actually CM are leaded by a clown good only to run like a rabbit all the time or to invent ridicolous trick to avoid consequences of his actions. Liderc don’t want to have any kind of deal deal with that idiot.
We’re fighters; tortures, rapes, mutilations... all this is part of our job. If one is scared to be wounded shouldn’t fight at all.
We’re Norians, we follow the NOR ways: an eye for an eye.

ON THE SO CALLED "SPAWN" BEING

In most recent events and any logical evidence in the Nation, leads us to draw a more clear picture behind this "Spawn" being. We believe that in this (desperate) try from, Mikron and his gang to save their sore asses after being repeatedly defeated in the last months, that he conjured this idea to bring "Spawn" back.

Also, we have to notice as many of the "witches" involved in these events are well known as former members of the organization called "Demons of Nor".
For this reasons the Liderc Council give mandate to all Liderc for using any tool to gather information and proof about these links.

1. GENERAL INFOS

Liderc clan borns on the end of the Axis/Resistance conflict from the the old Armaya vampire family, and keeps and continues the true ArmayA bloodline in the Nation of Remembrance.
Our home is located in Reverance, we consider this region our homeland, protect and administer it. Even we see the whole Nation of Remembrancee and her territories as our native soil; we always pay great attention on these territories and we are always ready to intervene to contrast any possible internal or external threat.


2. LIDERC DARK CODEX

The Dark Codex is collection of thoughs, scripts and documents collected and elaborated by Liderc elders. This book enbodies the knowledge base for our clan and the main source of Liderc culture. <em>[external working in progress document, link coming soon]]</em>


3. RECRUITMENT POLICY

Liderc is an elitist group based on strict blood bounds and strong friendship relations; for these reasons we are not interested in massive recruitment and large numbers. Being an active memeber in the family life and in the Nation of Remembrance life is for us one of the most evaluable quality.
A Liderc member is also expected to significantly commit in military training: this is an harsh world, surviving, preserving and handing down our blood lineage is always a major goal.


4. RACIAL POLICY

Liderc is founded on Nocturnals lineage but any race can join and find his home in Liderc. Terrans and Elfs, as not entitled to hand down an evil lineage , will join the clan in an alternative status and will not be able to hold the highest ranks in the clan (Elder).

(Note: as general rule we consider the "race" in the character’s sheet cause this is the only objective evidence of a character racial).

- According with our informations and evidences ArmayA family is actually vanished from NoR territories.
- Liderc borned from ancient ArmayA an many of us belong to that bloodline.

The New Order

Reverance, 4th September.
To: All Liderc, Liderc Allies, the leaders of all the NoR families.

Deeming the current politic scenario we see as actually there’s no serious threat hanging over the Nation of Remembrance. Our enemies are mostly dead or disbanded; the few survivors cannot be a problem anymore so chasing them is actually only a waste of time and resources.

All this considered:

LIDERC formally declares a global cease-fire and *suspends* any offensive militar operation in both Rembrance and Megapolis continents.
This isn’t going to change or affect LIDERC support towards allies and friends; all the comunication channels, the inter-factions structures and the whole alliance network stay untouched and fully operative. Same, of course, for LIDERC tradional bounds and friendships.

It’s time for us to work on our families and our alliances again to make them stronger and prepared to the future. In the oncoming weeks LIDERC will start to work on the postwar rebuild and to draw a New Order for the next generations.

Here we’re also going to commemorate and honour our comrades fallen defending the Nation of Remembrance: your blood is our blood, in our eyes you’ll live forever.
